The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel manager speaks good English, the room is clean, there is mosquito prevention, it's close to the beach, there is 24hr reception.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay! the hotel was located very close to the beach with many restaurants and motorbike rentals nearby. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, answering all of our questions and providing excellent service. this was the best value for money we have had on our trip!
There were some issues with cleanliness, as there were some cockroaches in the room.

Loved the cozy and romantic vibe of this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The helpful staff made us feel at home and were always available, despite our odd requests. The location was perfect, nestled in the heart of the city, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Best of all, the spa treatment we received was heavenly, making our stay all the more romantic.

The hotel offered great amenities such as a 24-hour supermarket nearby and was located only a short walk away from the beautiful beach. Staff members were also accommodating and friendly, always willing to help out with any questions or concerns we had. We particularly enjoyed the upgrades they provided us with, making our stay that much more comfortable.
We did encounter certain setbacks during our trip. The cleanliness of the room could have been improved, and we noticed cockroaches in the room.

Fantastic value for money. Spacious and clean room with facilities exceeding expectations. Helpful and accommodating staff. Convenient location near the beach and surrounded by restaurants and a mini supermarket.
